The hotel was immaculately clean. The location was particularly good, being very close to the Spring Hill shopping area and restaurants. The room was large and quiet, with a perfect bed, hot tub, and shower. The bar

Location

The hotel does not have an elevator and my room was on the second floor. My muscles still ache from lugging my bags up an down the steps.

The rooms on the first floor are a great deal and look like they were just built. The hotel is in a quiet area but still close to some tasty restaurants. 🌿

Having breakfast available was great. The bed was very comfortable. The location right off the interstate was great.

When we arrived a little after 3 pm, we were told our room was not ready yet, to go and have dinner and come back. That did not sit well with us as we were expecting to check in and leave to go someplace. Miraculously, when we protested, we got a room right away! An elevator would be a good idea!

There was a bug that crawled on me while sleeping.

The continental breakfast here is great, and the room is spacious, nicely decorated, with a comfy bed and a Jacuzzi.

The room was clean and comfortable, although it had a bit of a musty odor. The front desk clerks were very friendly and nice.

Booked.net miscalculated the taxes, so we ended up paying more than the guaranteed rate. :-( The stairwell had a good bit of water damage in the drywall, and they even had a pipe leak while we were there. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests eating there. The breakfast server was kind of cranky - not friendly.

The staff here are really nice and they take care of parking, plus they offer a continental breakfast.
